Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data k2-meta.com collects and why. The site has no forms and no accounts, so it collects very little.
Who is responsible
K2 Meta, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
Server logs. Our server records technical data for each request (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after a few weeks.
Analytics, with your consent. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It runs only if you click “Accept analytics” in the banner; until then Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage switched off. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” on the home page. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Services that help run the site
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services, on a server in Stockholm, Sweden (EU).
- Cloudflare: delivers the site and protects it from attacks. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- Google: Google Analytics, only with your consent.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. Your browser’s local storage remembers your analytics choice so the banner does not reappear.
Transfers
Cloudflare and Google process data in several countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
